Delete your PocketPrism account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the Android app or from the web. You don't need the app installed: the web version works from any browser.

On the web

1. Sign in to PocketPrism on the web with your username or email and your password or PIN.
2. Tap your initials at the top right, then Settings.
3. At the bottom, under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Type your password or PIN and tap Delete forever.

In the Android app

The same steps: your initials at the top right, Settings, Account, Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, username, email, password and PIN.
• The businesses you own, and every book, entry, bill, budget, category, bank and reminder in them.
• Your detected payments, your email forwarding address, your notifications, and the phones linked to your account.
• Your place in books other people shared with you. Entries you added to someone else's book stay in that book, because they belong to its owner.

It happens at once and can't be undone. We keep only payment records Google Play sends us about past subscriptions, without your name, for our accounts.

A Pro subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it in the Play Store first: your profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, PocketPrism, Cancel.

Can't sign in?

If you can't sign in to delete it yourself, contact us from the email on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
