These terms cover your use of PocketPrism on the web and on Android. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your password or PIN to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate details when you sign up, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Your data

What you record is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you and the people you share books with. Our privacy policy explains how.

Free and Pro

• The Free plan is free, with the limits shown on our pricing page.
• Pro is a subscription bought through Google Play, monthly or yearly. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; Google Play decides who qualifies (one trial per account).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Google Play; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.
• Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled by Google Play under its own terms.
• If Pro ends, nothing you've recorded is deleted; Pro features become unavailable until you subscribe again.
• We may change prices; a change applies from your next renewal, and Google Play tells you first.

Fair use

Don't use PocketPrism to break the law, to attack or overload our service, or to access books and accounts that aren't yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

No financial advice

PocketPrism helps you keep records. It isn't financial, tax or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for checking your own figures.

Availability

We work to keep PocketPrism running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose; you can export reports as PDF at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PocketPrism is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses from decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using PocketPrism and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
